The house is on the outskirts of Lampeter, a small thriving market and university town nestled in the Teifi valley, on the borders of Ceredigion (Cardiganshire) and Carmarthenshire in Wales.
The 10 minute walk to the University of Wales, Lampeter makes our location ideal for visiting tutors, parents or students.
The town, which is renowned for its warm hospitality, has traditional small specialist shops and a varied selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants offering food and drink to suit most tastes.
